A koro (incense burner) of bulbous form supported by three flat scroll feet, painted in colour enamels and gilt with two opposing heart-shaped panels of birds in landscape, and boatmen on the shore overlooking Mt Fuji, reserved in a profusion of flowers in gilt and colours, the cover pierced and fitted with a lion finial, signed Shozan seizo, 18.5cm; a deep lobed bowl painted inside with women engaged in sericulture, the side with a phoenix and pine trees, a seal mark Koshida, and Osui, 13.5 cm diameter; a shallow dish finely decorated in typical palette with people at a festival, seal mark Koshida and Osui, 15.5.cm diameter.
