「乘龍快婿」一詞典出漢朝劉向《列仙傳•卷上•蕭史》中說：：蕭史善吹簫，作鳳鳴。秦穆公以女弄玉妻之，作鳳樓，教弄玉吹簫，感鳳來集，弄玉乘鳳、蕭史乘龍，夫婦同仙去。後世代表稱意的女婿好比乘坐於龍上得道成仙 此件為羊脂白玉圓雕，純淨無暇，玉質徵密。雕刻採用鏤空透雕，雕出一個羽人乘龍的圓雕玉器。龍四足曲肢，龍首微昂，龍背上有一羽人。龍下為橢圓形長方底板，造型如同在雲中行走。
