Old tears in the canvas have been locally repaired. The picture is in plane and the tension is good. The paint layers are thinly applied overall and the texture of the canvas weave is evident in the surface. There are scattered areas of retouching across the surface which are well matched to the original paint. Thin layer of varnish is even and semi-glossy. The frame is in a good condition.
