'Duke Dimitri of Alberdaven', b. 1930 signed lower right 'Landmann/1935' and inscribed with title oil on canvas 50 x 75cm Condition report: Chalk marks to the reverse - lot 405. 13/2/80 (89?) Oil on canvas which is unlined. The canvas tension is slack causing minor undulations across the surface. The paint layer is in a stable condition. There is an area of brushy retouching in the background and around the dog's back legs. The varnish is clear and even, with some abrasion around the edges. There are some scuffs in the centre of the picture. The frame has some small scrapes and losses.
