A Chinese Ge-type glazed 'arrow' vase, Hu Qianlong seal mark and possibly period, the heavily potted vessel with a moulded peach-shaped panel on each side, the neck with two square tubular handles, all covered with a grey glaze suffused with 'iron wire' crackle, the footrim dressed brown in imitation of the Song Dynasty wares. 31cm high. Condition report: Slight misfiring to the foot rim, otherwise good overall with only negligible signs of age.
