《千手千眼观世音菩萨大悲心陀罗尼》是唐三藏不空创作的宗教哲学类书籍。历朝历代都非常推崇，清代皇帝平日习惯抄写经书，尤其是乾隆皇帝，无论国史多么繁忙，都会坚持每日抄写。此经就是由乾隆亲笔书写上板，前有墨笔题签，内刻佛经版画六十六幅，并于佛像名称下套印梵文及数字，在内府刻书中十分殊见。内府原装原裱，函套、封皮为黄绫装帧。保存了原来的面貌，是非常难得乾隆内府刻经。
