刘墉（1720~1805年），字崇如，号石庵，山东诸城人。清朝政治家、书法家，大学士刘统勋长子。 乾隆十六年（1751年），中进士，历任翰林院庶吉士、安徽学政、江苏学政、太原知府、江宁知府、内阁学士，迁体仁阁大学士、太子少保，以奉公守法、清正廉洁闻名于世，参与办理和珅。 嘉庆九年，去世，享年八十五岁，获赠太子太保，谥号文清。书法造诣深厚，是著名的帖学大家，世人称为“浓墨宰相”。
