Alfred Boucher (French, 1850-1934) La Pensee bronze signed A. Boucher Height 24 x width 22 1/2 x depth 12 inches. Footnote: After his crowned achievement at the Paris Salon of 1881, bronze reproductions of Alfred Boucher's works were increasingly distributed, such as this example of La Pensee. The original marble composition was displayed at the Petit Palais during the late 19th or early 20th century.
