A Japanese, Meiji period, carved ivory okimono of two men making dough, signed underneath, 12cm high; with another of a man lying down with a teapot on a low table at his feet, unsigned, chipped along bottom edge of the back, 8cm; another of a farmer with a bundle of sweetcorn on his shoulders standing on a rocky outcrop with a helper below, broken in two and losses around breaks, signed underneath, 20.5cm high; a Meiji period, carved sectional ivory figure of a farm worker holding a rake in one hand and a tortoise in the other, chipped toes on right foot, 17.3cm high; a good Meiji, okimono of one figure pushing another, signed underneath one foot, front figure lacking arm, rear figure broken at the right wrist, three standing feet chipped; two 19th century carved ivory netsuke, one depicting three small figures gathered around a sack of food and the other of a crouching figure, former with age cracks and chips on the feet, 4cm and 3.5cm respectively; another Meiji period carved ivory figure of a man holding a scroll, signed under base, 20.3cm high and a ceramic seated figure of Guanyin, lacking hand, 10.5cm high (9)
