A Chinese Guanyao planter Southern Song dynasty shards within a modern reconstructed matrix Of flared form with an everted, crimped lip, a similar crimped band at the shoulder, the body tapering to the tall circular foot; the shards with a thick crackled grey-green glaze, revealing the dark body at the edge of the foot. H: 5 1/2, Dia: 8 3/4 in.
