簡介：劉淩滄（1908年—1989年），本名劉恩涵，字淩滄（為徐世昌總統賜字），河北固安人，我國著名工筆重彩人物畫大師。童年隨民間畫工學畫，1926年入北京中國畫學研究會，師從徐燕蓀、管平湖學習工筆重彩人物畫，在傳統技法上受到嚴格訓練。後入北平藝術專科學校學習，同時從事繪畫創作，並兼任《藝林旬刊》《藝林月刊》編輯。後任教於北平藝術專科學校和京華美術學院。
