The censer stands on three sturdy beast legs incised with ruyi patterns, the bulbous body extends to key-fret band rim, attached with two chi-long shaped handles, covered by dragon motif lid and complete with bead finial, bottom bears four character KANGXI mark.|Qing Dynasty period.||Height: 7 in (17.8 cm) Diameter: 6 3/4 in (17.1 cm)|清康熙 銅螭龍耳爐|精銅為材，規格大，入手厚重。平口束頸，腹圓，下承三象形足。爐身上設圓蓋，蓋上鏤雕雲龍紋、如意紋，口沿處雕刻通轉如意回紋。兩側巧設螭龍形耳，鬃發矗立，雙目圓睜外凸，龍角貼頭，吻長而上揚。一改常見瑞獸形蓋頂巧置雲團提鈕，合圍一團，呈威儀祥瑞之態。造型流暢自如寓意非凡，整器胎壁厚實，銅質溫潤似玉，靜穆蘊光，包漿淳美。康熙時期，香爐製作工藝已經成熟，就技術而言完全可以滿足清代貴族對銅爐的盡奢要求。雲龍紋裝飾，形如流水，極具動感，工藝繁複華美。底款“康熙年製”四字楷款，盡顯器物之華貴威儀，當為收藏家珍視。
