Dimensions: Height 10.5 Width: 5.25" Chinese Ming Dynasty Lustorius tibetan gilt bronze Bodhisattvas Buddha figure GuanYin of The Thinking Lokeshvara. Peaceful, smiling and youthful she is adorned with flowing silks of various garments and jewel ornaments, tiara and the like; seated with the right leg slightly extended in a relaxed manner and the left drawn up, all reserved in cold gilt silver. He holds the stem of a lotus flower which blossoms over the left shoulder. The most significant characteristics are the hand raised with the index finger placed against the side of the face - head slightly tilted to the left.
