Dimensions (cm): Height: 28 Diameter: 19 Chinese Qing Dynasty Period Mocai black ink motif over celadon glazed YuHuChun vase. The porcelain potted in Chinese traditional YuHuChun shape vessel, the pear shaped bottle vase, slight ovoid body, a bottom-heavy body tapered gracefully to slender waisted neck, with wide flaring mouth rim, supported on short small foot base, slight concave. All reserved hand painted ornamentations are rendered in pale blue under glazed base color which contrast against the pale green color. The surface of the glaze has a fluid appearance with a splash of deep green colors melting together to create abstracted effect against a pale blue ground under glaze. Smooth surfaces are covered in a mixture of green and blue giving it an artistic feel. Glazed to perfection with each flattened side reflecting light and drawing in the attention of the eye. The glaze is seamless and gives off a beautiful luster, with the colors maintaining excellent vibrancy. Mark on base, a six under glazed blue seal script characters reign mark, Made In The Years of Qianlong Reign Period of Great Qing Dynasty.
