Inspired by the works of Thomas Chippendale, The Gentleman and Cabinetmakers Director, published in 1760. the superstructure with a moulded and blind fretwork crown below a broken triangular arched pediment with leaf scroll decoration, above a series of four brass grill panelled doors enclosing adjustable shelves, between ribbon entwined bell petal pillars. The projecting base with a protruding scroll frieze over four leaf enclosed serpentine panelled doors, raised on a ribbon entwined bell petal carved square plinth. 260 cm. high; 220 cm. wide; 50 cm. deep
