瓶高15cm， 宽10.6cm
整器用料厚重饱满，玉质白润细腻，玻璃光气十足，壶身光素平滑，棱角线条流畅分明，壶盖上镂空雕琢一回首夔龙，壶嘴与壶身连接处亦叼着一S型夔龙，线条流畅，镂空拉丝打磨精湛，壶身正面浅浮雕有吉祥云纹，壶把由一条巧雕黑色苍龙而成，苍龙四肢呈行走状立于壶身一侧，姿态苍劲有力，四肢饱满，鬓发精细。整器布局比例协调，运用原材料天然所形成的两种颜色进行巧雕，可见工匠构思之巧妙，技艺之精湛，此器富丽堂皇，应为皇家之用具，适合收藏。
