A Chinese blue and white garlic-head bottle vase, Kangxi Of pear shape with garlic-head neck and slightly flared rim, decorated with flowering vases and precious objects within borders of triangular flower panels and ruyi bands, lozenge mark to base. 32.5cm high (rim restored) Footnote: Provenance: Purchased from Wain Antiques, Gloucester, 1986. Condition report: There is a small area of restoration to the rim edge where there was a small chip, approximately 10mm x 3mm. Otherwise good overall condition with only negligible signs of age.
