陈英泉（1925-2003），名心炎，浙江鄞县人。17岁拜旅沪名画家蔡震渊（铣）为师学花卉、山水。旋转师一代画马名家赵叔孺。赵氏鞍马，上宗元人赵孟頫，兼取清代郎世宁法，所画鞍马线条圆润，设色清丽，工写兼致，能合骨肉神韵于一体，在当时海上画坛声名卓著。陈英泉得此名师指授，加上孜孜以求，故能深得师门真传。当1944年“赵叔孺同门金石书画展览会”假宁波旅沪同乡会举办，他的鞍马作品受到了艺林的好评，随之画名有声海上艺林。 文物商店旧藏
