Blue and White Bowl, China, possibly Transitional period, with slightly flared mouth rim on a high straight foot, the exterior decorated with a frieze of lotus scroll design above a Ming-style lotus lappet band, the interior well with a vine design in a double ring below a foliate scroll band around rim, four-character Zhengde mark on the recessed base, ht. 3 1/4, dia. 7 1/4 in.
