Tan-e Hand-colored Woodblock Print, Japan, Kaigetsudo Anchi (act. 1704-1716), later edition, depicting a courtesan dressed in a robe decorated with a poem and the poet, some details painted in orange, inscribed "Nihon giga Kaigetsu-matsuyo Anchi zu," illegible edition mark verso, partially mounted on paper support, o-oban tate-e, 22 3/8 x 12 1/8 in.
