紙本設色 鏡心 近現代 簡介：祁井西（又名祁昆1901—1944）字景西，號井西居士，齋號曰松崖精舍。北京人。初以籹賣顏色得識京城名家，刻勵自學。因受民初追蹤宋元之風的影響，專意摹古臨古，尚北宗山水，所畫理法精嚴，筆墨精緻，枯潤合度。在20-40年代的北京有一定影響。工細山水得明人遺意，又精篆刻。
