Western Han Dynasty The four attendants shown standing with head inclined slightly forward and hands held one above the other protruding from the full sleeves of their heavy folding robes belted low on the waist, traces of coloured pigments remaining; together with a large pottery model of a kneeling lady, the slender figure clad in layered tight-fitting robes flaring out around her feet.
