Lingde Tang three-character marks, late Qing Dynasty Each of archaic bronze gu form with rounded central section supported on a tall flared foot rising to a trumpet neck with upright rim, elaborately enamelled to the exterior and interior of the trumpet neck with composite foliate scrolls on a bright blue ground, all within decorative borders formed by stylised leaves and ruyi-heads, the rim and border of the foot painted with key-fret, each shoulder reserved with three medallions enclosing a three-character hall name, Lingde Tang, 'Hall of Excellent Virtue', in red enamel on a green ground. Each 49.5cm (19 1/2in) high. (2).
