18th/19th century Deftly carved as a musical instrument, carved in low relief on the front with a calligraphic inscription, and archaistic scrollwork at the head and foot, the reverse with a seal reading 'Lu Qi' and name of the guqin reading Taigu bin yin, the stone of dark green tone with lighter patches and black speckles, hongmu stand. 11cm (4 3/8in) long.
