款识：「乾隆年制」矾红四字双行篆书款 |笔筒呈海棠式，外壁以青花描金花卉纹为地，间以红釉花纹为饰，中间位置开光，以墨彩诗文为题。底书四字双行「乾隆年制」篆书款，尾落「陶」「钧」红彩方章。笔墨酣畅，书法虬劲有力。此件笔筒应为唐英自书、自制的文具。诗文：天上麒麟原有种，穴中蝼蚁岂能逃。太平待诏归来日，朕与先生解战袍。
