此对拍品沉稳敦实，象身直立，微微侧首，双目炯炯，长鼻内卷，四足粗壮，踞地有力，泰然自若，灵气尽显。身配鞍鞯及辔头，装饰华美精致。象身洁白，上掐丝装饰象身纹路，两象座毯纹饰有异，其一为蓝地缠枝莲纹，毯两端饰黄地宝相花卉纹，其二为蓝地海水江崖云蝠衔磬纹，寓“江山永固”、“福寿吉庆”之意，毯两端饰黄地璎珞纹。全作掐丝手法精炼，鎏金奢华富丽，观之仪态威严，摆之祥瑞肃穆，表达出皇室对天下太平、国泰民安的追求。
