A Chinese carved hornbill belt buckle, probably Qianlong period, well carved with bat, bird and auspicious symbols, 3/4 x 4 in., minor wear and losses to red pigment, some edge roughness and one tiny chip, top of one side loose with separations at supports and lacking one support with glue residue. 2X10cm.
