AN EDWARDIAN COLOURED SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND THREE-STONE RING The central cushion-shaped pink sapphire weighing 1.15ct within a four-claw setting, between two old brilliant-cut diamonds and accented by four rose-cut diamonds, with foliate engraving detail to the shoulders, mounted in 18K gold, diamonds approximately 0.45ct total, English hallmarks for Sheffield 1907, ring size L¾ Accompanied by a photocopy of a report from GCS laboratory in London, stating that the pink sapphire measuring approximately 6.7 x 5.9 x 2.9mm is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
