Magnificent Royal Vienna hand painted and gilt decorated charger in early gilt frame. The beautifully painted portrait of an aristocratic woman in fine dress with detailed red and scrolled gilt border. The charger is signed on the back "Student Of" artist is F. Russ, with the blue royal Vienna Mark. The charge measure a full 16.5 inches in diameter with the custom 19th century frame measuring 21 inches square. The frame was repainted at one time.
