Pair of cloisonné lidded vases, China, 19th c. (Qing). Polychrome cellular enamel on copper core. Circumferential decoration with lotus blossoms and tendrils on turquoise ground. Domed lids with drop-shaped brass knobs. In one of the lids an export seal with cord, both undersides and lid rim insides with later incised numerical inscriptions (not visible from the outside), minimally rubbed, h. 18 cm.
