Fides Becker (*1962), contemporary German painter, studied at the Städelschule in Frankfurt am Main. This was followed by studies from 1985 to 1988 at the Willem de Kooning Academie in Rotterdam, Netherlands and another from 1986 to 1989 at the Academy of Arts in Berlin.
