潘琪（1892—1952），字小雅。嘉兴人。潘振镛子，1912年毕业于嘉兴省立第二中学，后去北京求学，因父潘振镛病重辍学回家。曾在嘉兴从事教育工作。幼从父习画，能承其父衣钵。擅长工 笔人物仕女花卉，用笔精练，敷色清秀。1920年去上海，寓居豫园书画会，与画家王震、唐熊等一起卖画并从事慈善事业。
