清晚榉木茶几一对。该拍品做工精细、比例匀称、造型大方。 榉木是清晚⺠国的重要家具用材，因为榉木的花纹清晰柔美， 木质介于硬木与软木之间，而且有大料。北方的榆木也有这些优点，所以历史上也有“南榆北榉”之说。北方人把榉木叫“南榆”，南方人把榆木叫“北榉”。 但从总体上来讲榉木要优于榆木，尤其是从存世的家具上榉木家具多出“高柴”。
