痴志斋旧藏此印为青黄玉质，细腻温润，受褐色沁。印形为覆斗形印，因其形如倒置的量斗而得名。顶部呈方台钮，从中穿打孔，四壁光素。整体造型古朴，秀丽端方，视觉效果协调。刀法简洁娴熟，遒劲有力。此印尚存留汉印风格，疑为六朝玉印。印面阴刻“韩寿”。 韩寿，字德真。西晋时期官员，曹魏司徒韩暨曾孙，西汉初年诸侯王韩王韩信之后，也是西晋开国功臣贾充的女婿。南阳堵阳人，晋书说他：“美姿貌，善容止。”
