题识：一、子能仁兄少尉大人鉴古，辛卯新秋，弟黄士陵制。 钤印：黄士陵写金石文字记、闻疑执疑二、□君兹此都其成公铸子孟妃媵盥壶永保用之。三、君兹此都其成公铸子孟妃媵盥壶永保用之。四、周铸壶铭曰：某成公铸子子，盖其爵成公则谥也。孟妃媵盥壶，则非祭祀用矣。《西清古鉴》。 黄士陵（1849-1908），字牧甫（一作穆甫、穆父），号倦叟，安徽黟县人。为篆刻「黟山派」开宗大师，晚清时期书画篆刻家。
