宋元时期风格。和阗白玉质地，作剑珌形，一端圆润，一端扁平。正面以浮雕手法琢刻一条螭龙穿梭于云水之间，螭龙圆头小耳，身躯修长挺拔，四足攀登有力，长尾分叉翻卷。背面装饰细密的蒲纹。剑珌是古代玉剑的装饰部件之一，战国至汉代较为流行，此件为典型的宋元时期摹古器物，把玩尚佳。
