此件玉瓶和阗白玉质地，玉质凝润细腻。玉瓶为扁体，口部微侈，束颈，弧腹，下承椭圆形圈足，内部掏膛匀净。器身光素无纹，仅在器体颈部镂空高浮雕一条盘绕的螭龙，头部略呈梯形，枣核型大眼，双耳似猫耳，长角弯曲后伸。身躯细长，四足攀附于器壁之上，长尾分叉，形体灵动。此类玉瓶一般多为书房陈设，或为花插。
