此件烟壶为和阗白玉制成，玉质细腻白润。器呈扁圆体，器型修长，直壁，圆形直口，带包银圈翡翠盖帽。下承椭圆形圈足。器壁正面琢饰一匹天马，四足直立，侧颈昂首，气宇轩昂。从马背升腾起一股云雾，天空中雕一圆日，旁边山石嶙峋。另一面琢刻有山石和青松，树干直立挺拔，扇形松针排布成树冠，空中云雾缭绕。整器雕工细致，纹饰意境优美，为清代烟壶精品。
