“宣德年制”楷书款。 此鬲式炉用铜精纯，持之沉坠，扣之清音悦耳。周身覆栗壳皮色，生莹莹辉光，颇为可赏。器作盘口束颈，下出扁圆鼓腹，至底随形承三只蹄足。整器上下线条流畅，有浑然一气之气韵，三足鼎立微微外撇，且重且稳。通体光素，包浆圆融，宝光由内而外。鬲式炉一名系由仿周代铜鬲样式而来，自两晋南北朝佛教传入中国后，炉便作为佛教礼器流行开来，多用于祭祀或陈设。
