对瓶以白色珐琅釉为底，口颈部饰如意纹和勾莲纹，肩部分别饰绿色蕉叶纹、蓝色勾花纹和黄色如意纹各一周，肩、口部如意纹相对应，近足处饰网纹一周。腹部白色地掐丝云朵纹，布局细密工整，腹下部饰彩色海水纹极少见，云水间行双龙戏珠纹饰，二龙蓝背绿腹，五爪张扬有力，龙须伸展戏珠。整器掐丝纤细流畅，釉色配搭鲜明。此对瓶保存完好，配老底座衬托，实为难得的清晚期掐丝珐琅双龙戏珠纹瓶的精品。
