韘形佩，俗称鸡心佩，由韘，即古人拉弓射箭时扣弦用的一种工具演变而来。至战汉时期，韘形佩成为贵族流行佩戴的器物。此韘形佩为清代仿汉之作，以白玉雕琢而成，呈上圆下尖的鸡心形，中有圆孔。正面高浮雕一螭龙，螭龙圆眼折耳，面相似猫，四肢健壮有力，身体盘旋往上，尾端分叉，呈绞丝状。清代仿古之风盛行，此韘形佩用材考究，工艺精湛，最难得的是螭龙造型生动有神，有汉代遗韵，为清代仿古精品之作。
