左右童子对称而立，着肚兜短裤，腰间束带，面庞饱满圆润，双目和嘴角微笑，身躯微微向前倾斜，双手捧如意，各奉左右。如意，别名『握君』，起源于古代的『爪仗』，作为佛教徒随身装备之一，许多佛像都手持如意，是一种吉祥的象征。
