A pair of Burma ruby cabochon and diamond earrings.With report 80246-92, dated 11th December 2019, from GCS, stating Myanmar (Burma), no heat, estimated weight 5cts.Estimated total diamond weight 0.75ct, H-I colour, VS-SI clarity. French assay marks. Length 2.2cms. 7.5gms. Overall condition good. General light to moderate marks and wear. Diamonds well matched. Diamonds bright. Rubies are a well matched fairly deep, medium slightly purplish red hue, well saturated, with some typical inclsuions, some surface reaching. Rubies in good condition with minor abrasions. Ruby calculated weights: 2.75cts, based on estimated dimensions of 8.4 by 6.6 by 4.6mms and 2.53cts, based on estimated dimensions of 8.6 by 7 by 3.9mms.
