A late Victorian 18ct gold Colombian emerald and old-cut diamond three-stone ring.Verbal from GCS, stating Colombia, minor clarity enhancement. Emerald calculated weight 1.28cts, based on estimated dimensions of 6.8 by 5.8 by 4mms. Estimated total diamond weight 1.10cts, G-H colour, VS2-P1 clarity. Ring size M1/2. 4.3gms. Overall condition fair to good. Moderate marks and wear in keeping with age. Personal engravings to inside of band. Diamonds appear well matched and bright. One with dark inclusion. Emerald is a fairly deep, medium slightly bluish green hue, well saturated, with good clarity and some typical inclusions.
