GEORGE OHR (1857-1918); a small earthenware pot covered in mottled dark green glaze, incised Biloxi mark, height 6.5cm. PR – Dr Zuckerman was a well-known collector of pre-War American pottery. I visited him in the 1970s to see his collection. I managed to identify some good British pots that he had been left and did not know what they were. He gave me this Ohr as a present. At the time Ohr was not greatly appreciated. Additional Information Appears good with no obvious signs of faults, damage or restoration.
