领约为清代皇后、贵妃、妃和嫔套于颈间的饰物，用以区别身分。贵妃、妃和嫔所用同。《大清会典图·冠服·领约》：“皇后领约，鏤金，饰东珠十一，间以珊瑚。两端垂明黄绦二，中各贯珊瑚，末缀緑松石各二。”《清史稿·舆服志二》：“（皇贵妃）领约，鏤金为之，饰东珠七，间以珊瑚。两端垂明黄绦二，中贯珊瑚，末缀珊瑚各二。”参阅周锡保《中国古代服饰史》第十四章第六节。
