邵友廷，清道光至同治年间宜兴上袁村人，他精工壶艺，尤其善于制作鹅蛋壶和掇球壶。邵友廷成名于邵大亨之后，是制壶名家程（陈）寿珍的养父。他制作的紫砂壶大多工整，规矩，尤其擅长制作方圆器和加彩壶。邵友廷制作的器物，大多盖有“友廷”两字的椭圆形阳文篆印。
