款识：邵章。 钤印：邵章私印、伯褧七十以后作 香港拍卖会，2014年11月24日，Lot 1242。邵章，浙江仁和（今杭州）人，近现代藏书家、版本目录学家、书法家。字伯炯、伯絅，一作伯褧，号倬盦、倬安。邵懿辰长孙，光绪二十八年（1902）进士，授翰林院编修，官至奉天提学使。毕业于日本政法大学速成科。曾任北京法政专门学校校长，北京政府评政院评事兼庭长、院长等职。富收藏，精研碑帖，工书法。擅长行楷书、榜书、行草。
