釉面局部有小縮釉點，小爆釉，足牆有一處微磕皮，頸部一處小雞爪驚釉，釉面自然使用磨損痕跡。來源：北京市文物公司舊藏。瓶小口，束頸，豐肩，渾圓腹，淺圈足，中束腰。造型別致，端莊雋秀，本器胎質細膩，造型穩重而秀雅，通體模印纏枝西番蓮紋、蓮瓣紋等，疏密有致；器身滿施粉青釉，釉水肥腴勻澤，色調粉潤而淡雅，觸手溫潤細膩，如冰似玉。整器無論形制、釉色、紋飾，均各臻其妙，殊堪珍藏。
