周尔墉（1792-1859），字容斋，浙江嘉善人。道光五年顺天副榜，官至工部虞衡司郎中。居官廉静，娱情翰墨，尤长于书，出入欧、虞。官京师时，舆昆明赵光齐名。 卸任后随长子周士镗居开封，周士镗咸丰二年(1852)任开封府知府，咸丰七年至九年(1857-1859)任河南按察使(正三品)。咸丰宝河局钱文传为周尔墉所书，《大钱图录》有载“幼云言，(钱文)是周容斋太史尔墉所书”。 钤印：臣墉私印、农部郎。
